Job Description:

A client-focused construction consultancy in Central London is seeking a confident Project Manager to lead commercial, residential and mixed-use developments across the city. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a dynamic consultancy known for delivering high-quality, sustainable developments.

Job Responsibility:

manage multiple projects from feasibility through to completion
oversee cost control, procurement, programme management, and stakeholder engagement
liaise with both public and private sector clients
ensure successful project delivery across all RIBA stages

Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in a consultancy setting
degree in Project Management, Construction, or a related discipline
MRICS, MAPM or working towards chartership
excellent client-facing and communication skills
London project experience preferred
