Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to lead high-impact projects in the Energy Sector, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with strategic objectives. You will be part of the Energy Technology PMO team and contribute to advancing digital transformation, efficiency, and innovation.

Job Responsibility:

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of projects to ensure timely delivery within defined scope, quality, and budget
Coordinate stakeholder engagement across domains and senior leadership to ensure alignment of project objectives, priorities, and outcomes
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers to maintain project momentum and minimize delivery disruptions
Analyze complex problems and develop actionable solutions that support strategic and operational goals
Monitor project performance and incorporate lessons learned to enhance future delivery effectiveness
Enhance project governance by contributing to process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Drive change initiatives to support the adoption of new systems, processes, and behaviors across the organization

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
4+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with a proven ability to operate at a governance level across domains
Track record in digital transformation, operational excellence, and cross-functional project delivery
Experience in strategy or business consulting is a plus
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PSM) is an advantage
Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools, along with MS Office
Awareness of emerging AI technologies, especially their applications in project management, is considered an advantage

Nice to have:

Experience in strategy or business consulting
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PSM)
Awareness of emerging AI technologies, especially their applications in project management
