Job Description:

An established property and construction consultancy in Manchester is currently looking for a competent Project Manager to join their experienced team. The role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of regional projects including education, healthcare, and local authority developments. This position is ideal for a Project Manager with a consultancy background and a hands-on approach to delivering multiple concurrent projects within the built environment.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee a variety of construction projects from initial brief through to completion
manage stakeholder relationships
monitor project programmes
control budgets
administer contracts
deliver projects under JCT and NEC contracts

Requirements:

Degree in Project Management, Construction Management or related subject
Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards
Strong consultancy experience delivering built environment projects
Capable of managing stakeholders and reporting at senior levels
Skilled in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
