We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee marketing, digital, and creative initiatives from planning through execution. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for marketing campaigns, creative projects, digital launches, and other initiatives
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Serve as primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
Facilitate meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines
Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Maintain project documentation and reporting in project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday, Smartsheet, etc.)
Requirements:
3+ years of project management experience in marketing, creative, or digital environments
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
