Job Description:

Our client seeks a Contract IT Project Manager to manage end-to-end project lifecycles while ensuring alignment with business needs, IT governance, and security standards. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, an excellent communicator, and a strategic problem solver with expertise in enterprise applications, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.

Job Responsibility:

Follow the Project Management methodology and manage the project lifecycle from end-to-end
Develop a project plan and be accountable for the timely delivery of project activities as per plan
Collaborate with different stakeholders to complete all project deliverables in the committed timeline
Work closely with all stakeholders to understand requirements
Obtain status updates on assigned tasks with stakeholders
Identify, mitigate, and escalate major risks as required
Manage end-to-end including, vendor management and change management
Responsible for project management-related deliverables and obtaining required approvals
Prepare status reports/presentations in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
May assist in other documentation (e.g. PSD - requirements, current state, use cases, future states, etc)

Project Management (PMP Certified) – Advanced
Requirement Management – Advanced
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) – Advanced
Agile Project Management – Advanced
Enterprise Applications Management – Advanced
ITIL Service Management – Intermediate
Technical Writing – Advanced
MS Project – Advanced
MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – Advanced
MS Visio – Intermediate
HPQC (Quality Center/Test Management) – Intermediate

Nice to have:

Experience with SAP projects is an asset
Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and cloud-based applications
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive complex projects to completion
