Job Description:

An independent and fast-growing consultancy in Bristol is looking for a proactive Project Manager to deliver projects across the commercial, student accommodation, and public sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys a varied workload and values strong client relationships. The Project Manager will join a close-knit team and play an integral role in delivering multiple schemes across the South West.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee project planning
Coordinate stakeholders
Manage budgets
Ensure seamless project delivery
Manage several live projects at varying stages

Requirements:

Consultancy experience as a Project Manager
Degree qualified in construction or a related discipline
MRICS, APM or MCIOB preferred or working towards
Good knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract
Organised and commercially minded
