Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Strategy function and play a key role in delivering business-critical change. Reporting directly to the Strategy Director, you will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic and operational projects, from initial definition through to delivery and embedding. You will be accountable for planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and outcomes—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities. This is a hands-on delivery role, well suited to a Project Manager who enjoys operating close to the business, working directly with senior leaders and operational teams to turn strategy into action.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational projects across the organisation
Define project scope, objectives, success measures, and delivery plans
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resources
Own project governance, including reporting, RAID logs, and decision tracking
Act as the primary point of accountability for assigned projects
Engage and influence senior stakeholders to drive progress and resolve blockers
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating where required
Drive process design and improvement initiatives, ensuring changes are practical and adopted
Ensure projects deliver measurable benefits and support business objectives
Support transition of delivered projects into business-as-usual operations
Requirements:
Proven experience delivering projects in a Project Manager or equivalent delivery role
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery disciplines
Experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders concurrently
Confident working with senior leaders and operational managers
Highly organised, delivery-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
Analytical and solutions-driven, with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
