Project Manager is responsible for project management, administration, and coordination of implementation of the entire project during pre-construction phase/ the construction phase based on the signed consulting contract. Reporting directly to B&I Manager/ Operation Manager and Investor. Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility:
Directly guide and direct project teams to implement project requirements to ensure project goals in terms of progress, quality, safety and cost
Responsible for recommending discipline, rewards, and conducting periodic evaluations of personnel under his authority
Work directly with Operation Manager, investors and related parties to ensure coordination of work activities throughout the project implementation process
Responsible for implementing project management processes including overall project management from Pre-construction phase including Design management, Tender Management, Authorities management, schedule management, quality management, HSSE management, resources management, coordination process management to bring project until completion successfully according to signed contract
Check, update, approve and urge the implementation of plans, including submitted documents, project documents, and work progress in accordance with promulgation procedures and legal procedures
Prepare, coordinate and chair project-related meetings
Guide the project team or directly carry out reports as required by the Investor and according to the contract
Perform other tasks assigned by the B&I Manager/ Operation Manager
Liaise with Operation Manager as appropriate for any other technical assistance
Responsible for managing internal costs of the consulting team, ensuring compliance with the budget assigned from the company
Requirements:
Graduating from universities majoring in engineering and construction
Having at least 12 years of experience in the field of construction expertise
At least 07 years in equivalent positions
Completed at least 02 high-rise building projects or 02 industrial projects grade I with the position of Project Manager at general construction contractor companies, or domestic and foreign consulting companies
Have project management certificate Grade I - Issued by the Ministry of Construction
Having certificate of occupational safety training group I

Priority is given to candidates who have experience working with foreign engineers and can communicate fluently in English
