The Project Manager role within LFG (Link Fabricated Gear) is a unique opportunity to lead and manage projects related to the design, manufacturing, and delivery of Power Design’s in-house switchboards, busways, and critical power equipment. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of LFG product deliverables, managing timelines, coordinating between cross-functional teams (engineering, production, QC, procurement), and serving as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and LFG manufacturing. This is a highly visible role requiring strong coordination, a proactive mindset, and the ability to drive execution from project kickoff through final delivery and field turnover.
Job Responsibility:
Manage all aspects of LFG projects including schedules, deliverables, budgets, and internal stakeholder communication
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and QC teams to ensure products are manufactured and delivered on time
Serve as the main point of contact between LFG and field project teams to align on specifications, site delivery timelines, and startup support
Track and manage project documentation including submittals, change orders, and handoff packages
Collaborate with estimating and business development to support pre-construction planning and client expectations
Proactively identify risks or constraints and work across departments to find solutions
Ensure projects meet LFG quality standards and align with Power Design’s brand and delivery expectations
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing, electrical, or prefabrication environment
Strong understanding of switchgear, electrical systems, or critical power equipment is a plus
Proven ability to manage complex, fast-paced projects with cross-functional dependencies
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
