Job Responsibility
Lead project planning and execution from kickoff through completion, defining scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and maintain momentum on shared objectives
Track project status, risks, dependencies, and budget considerations, providing clear updates and recommendations to leadership
Apply formal project management practices to organize resources, document decisions, and support consistent delivery standards
Ensure project work aligns with compliance requirements by maintaining accurate records and supporting audit readiness efforts
Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and follow-up actions to keep teams informed, accountable, and focused on priorities
Identify process gaps or operational challenges that may affect timelines and work with teams to implement practical solutions
Manage changes to project scope or priorities while minimizing disruption and preserving overall project goals
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing projects in a detail-oriented business environment
Proven knowledge of formal project management methodologies and tools
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups
PMP certification or a comparable project management credential is preferred
Familiarity with compliance standards, audit support, or regulated business processes
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to balance competing priorities and drive projects forward in a fast-paced setting
