Project Manager

• Delivering construction projects from inception to completion
• Project planning, procurement, and cost management
• Preparing project briefs, managing programmes, monitoring budgets
• Coordinating internal teams, liaising with external stakeholders, managing risk
• Producing project documentation
• Supporting tenders and identifying new opportunities

• Degree in a construction-related discipline (e.g. Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering)
• Proven experience working as a Project Manager within a consultancy environment
• Understanding of construction processes and project lifecycles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting software

Working towards or already achieved chartership (e.g. RICS, APM, CIOB)

• Clear route to progression within a growing consultancy
• APC and chartership support if required
