Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of new software across the organization. This individual will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, including planning, coordination, training, and rollout oversight.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the implementation of new software from planning through post-launch support
Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure a smooth implementation process
Oversee the rollout of the new software across departments or business units
Design and deliver user training to ensure successful adoption of the new system
Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager leading new software implementations
Experience conducting end-user training and supporting change management efforts
Strong background in overseeing software rollouts across teams or organizations
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep projects on track
PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications are a plus
