Job Description:

An established organization is seeking a Project Manager to lead ERP and financial system projects located outside of Tulsa, OK. The role involves overseeing ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations, as well as managing budgets and project scopes.

Job Responsibility:

Plan, execute, and deliver ERP and financial system projects, including system implementations, migrations, upgrades, and integrations
Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Track project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to resolve challenges proactively
Document and monitor project deliverables, ensuring milestone completion and quality standards
Collaborate with finance teams, IT staff, and external vendors to gather requirements and align on project goals
Provide stakeholders with regular updates, performance reports, and dashboards to promote transparency and accountability
Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution
Oversee ERP configuration and ensure optimal system functionality for business operations
Partner with finance teams to evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy
Work with technical teams to optimize data flows, reporting capabilities, and integrations with other business platforms.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading ERP and financial system projects
Comprehensive understanding of ERP platforms
Proven experience managing projects involving financial reporting tools and operational systems
Strong proficiency with project management methodologies
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in both remote and on-site settings.
