The Project Manager (PM) will take overall responsibility for all services supplied to all allocated projects. Being the first point of contact for the clients, the PM will work closely with the clients to deliver total customer satisfaction from design development through to production and handover. The PM will also be responsible for ensuring the continued improvement and enhancement of the delivery experience to the client whilst maximising efficiency and profitability.
Job Responsibility:
Act as primary interface between Onnec Group and the clients
Manage the full project P&L and ensure accurate monthly internal financial reporting
Produce client reports and all project-related documentation
Plan and coordinate project resources, material procurement, suppliers and subcontractors
Lead and motivate the project team
Ensure all contractual, commercial and technical requirements are met
Transfer warranties and documentation to the Contracts team upon project completion
Requirements:
Extensive experience of Telecommunications Infrastructure Cabling deployments
Extensive experience of Project Planning activities
Ability to produce clear and confident client presentations
Experience managing suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams
Ability to adopt new services and applications quickly
Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate project teams
Willingness to travel in country or abroad
Nice to have:
Experience of Physical Security deployments
Experience of LAN / IPT & WiFi deployments
Experience of Financial and Operational Report Writing and Analysis to Director level
Qualifications – Prince 2 and BICSI
Be fluent in both written and spoken English and Finnish language
