Project Manager

The Town of Wellesley’s Facilities Management Department (FMD) has an immediate opening for a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have significant project management experience, preferably on building projects in the public sector, and be a self-starter with the ability to work independently. This role is an opportunity to join a well-respected and creative team as they help the Town navigate through an engaging and exciting design and construction period. The Project Manager reports to the Design & Construction Manager. Strong job performance may lead to advancement opportunities into the major capital projects group as the opportunities arise. The incumbent must possess strong organizational skills, be a decisive and effective communicator, and have the ability to prioritize and multitask. The Project Manager will contribute to a dynamic team who collaborates to provide both micro detail and macro project oversight.
