Project Manager

• Lead and manage IT projects encompassing software development, hardware upgrades, data migrations, and governance initiatives
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Trello to plan and track project progress effectively
• Apply Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Feature Driven Design, to deliver iterative solutions
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements to align project outcomes with organizational goals
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment
• Develop and manage user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability using platforms like Azure DevOps or GitHub
• Create and coordinate user acceptance test cases to support testing efforts
• Identify potential risks and issues, maintaining a risk register and implementing mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions
• Monitor project budgets using Earned Value Management, Cost Performance Index, and Schedule Performance Index metrics

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, including software development and hardware replacements
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Feature Driven Design
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub for backlog management and tracking
• Ability to elicit requirements and document user stories with defined acceptance criteria
• Skilled in using project management tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar software
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau to provide insights and support decision-making

PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred
