Job Description:

A high reputable London based construction consultancy is looking for a skilled Project Manager who can contribute to their ever increasing project delivery portfolio. The chosen Project Manager will be working within Property, Industrial, Distribution, Offices, Residential, Retail, Leisure, Mixed Use and Student Accommodation Schemes projects ranging from £10m to £50m.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and organize a variety of construction projects from beginning to end
Plan and manage the building process
Ensure projects are finished quickly and effectively

Requirements:

A degree in Construction or Project Management
Membership to a relevant professional body such as the RICS, APM, CIOB or similar would be highly desirable, but may not be essential for the ideal candidate
Experienced project managers with the knowledge and abilities to seamlessly move into the Employers Agent position when necessary (Desirable)
Previously client facing experience
Prior experience working for a construction consultancy

Nice to have:

Membership to a relevant professional body such as the RICS, APM, CIOB or similar
Experienced project managers with the knowledge and abilities to seamlessly move into the Employers Agent position when necessary
