Job Description:

A respected construction consultancy based in Leeds is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to manage a variety of projects from inception to completion. This position offers career progression and the chance to work on diverse projects in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing tender documents
Managing client relationships
Reporting on project milestones
Leading meetings with consultants and contractors
Managing risk, programme, and cost effectively
Supporting junior team members

Requirements:

Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
3+ years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side role
MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB (or working towards)
Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts
