The Integrated Delivery Systems (IDS) at CHLA is a team of interdisciplinary change agents who advocate for patients and families and support innovative, whole-person care across the CHLA continuum. We work collaboratively to integrate social, emotional, and medical needs into CHLA’s care model to improve patient outcomes and reduce disparities.
Job Responsibility:
Manages implementation of projects and project tasks to achieve successful and satisfactory project deliverables and objectives, including high quality, timely and cost-effective execution
Develops and maintains project schedules and work plans
Collaborates with and coordinates internal and external resources and stakeholders
Conducts research and analyses
Monitors and documents project progress
Assists with HR initiatives and programs in a confidential capacity to formulate, determine and effectuate management policies
Requirements:
5+ years of progressive experience
Demonstrated ability to determine key business issues and develop appropriate action plans from multi-disciplinary perspectives
Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or other related field required
