Job Description:

A well-established consultancy based in Newcastle is currently looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in healthcare projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to work across a variety of hospital, clinical, and medical facility schemes, supporting high-profile clients across the North East. As a Project Manager, you will join a team known for delivering complex healthcare developments on time and within budget.

Job Responsibility:

Leading multiple healthcare-related projects from feasibility through to completion
Managing stakeholder relationships
Producing project documentation
Reporting progress
Coordinating with design, cost, and engineering teams to meet client objectives
Ensuring projects comply with healthcare regulations and clinical requirements
Working on live hospital environments

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Project Manager in a consultancy or client-side setting
Demonstrable experience delivering healthcare projects (NHS or private sector)
Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
Ideally chartered or working towards MRICS / MAPM / MCIOB
Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts
Full UK driving licence preferred

Nice to have:

Full UK driving licence
