Job Description:

A respected consultancy based in Manchester is seeking a Project Manager with strong NEC contract experience, particularly within the water sector. This is a great opportunity for a technically strong Project Manager to support major utility clients across the North West. The successful Project Manager will join a growing team delivering complex water and infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibility:

Lead contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder reporting
Ensure compliance with NEC principles
Work across water infrastructure schemes from planning through to completion
Support major utility clients across the North West

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
NEC contract experience essential
Experience in water, utilities or infrastructure projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Nice to have:

Consultancy experience desirable
