Job Description:

A respected construction and property consultancy based in Birmingham is seeking a confident Project Manager to deliver a variety of commercial, public sector and residential projects throughout the Midlands. This is an ideal role for a proactive individual who enjoys working closely with clients and taking ownership of full project lifecycles. The consultancy offers the chance to grow within a collaborative environment, providing support for professional development and exposure to challenging, high-value projects.

Job Responsibility:

Managing project delivery
Maintaining communication with stakeholders
Ensuring programme, cost and quality objectives are met
Contract administration
Risk assessments
Reporting to senior-level clients and consultants

Requirements:

A degree in Construction Project Management or equivalent
Chartered or working towards (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB)
Minimum 3 years’ consultancy experience in construction
Familiarity with NEC and JCT contracts
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
