Job Description:

Altius Technologies is a trusted IT consulting and staffing firm with 13+ years of experience helping clients succeed in SAP and IT solutions. We’re currently looking for a Project Manager to oversee key internal projects—including the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and the revamp of our corporate website. This is a critical role for ensuring smooth execution, meeting deadlines, and aligning projects with business goals.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, plan, and execute the ATS and website projects from start to finish
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, HR, leadership)
Track progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure accountability
Provide clear and consistent project updates to leadership
Ensure high-quality project outcomes that align with Altius’ branding, functionality, and business needs
Manage vendors and external partners to keep work on track
Maintain detailed documentation for project milestones and deliverables

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager (preferably in IT, software, or web development)
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

Nice to have:

Familiarity with ATS systems, HR tech, or website management is a plus
PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications preferred (not required)
