Job Description:

HealPay is looking for an experienced web application project manager to ensure a high level of quality, consistency, and usability of its products.

Job Responsibility:

Interface directly with other employees executing design, development, and marketing services
Ensure that correct processes are followed by team members
Oversee quality assurance of development and design tasks
Ensure internal requests are well thought out before being assigned to designers and developers
Communicate progress updates to clients in a timely manner
Deliver every project on time within budget and scope

Requirements:

Experience managing web development projects with strict deadlines
Ensuring quality control and QA on all deliverables
Experience overseeing & managing an in-house/virtual team
Ability to hold team members accountable
Experience with the software development process and life-cycle
Background in Agile software development
Ability to provide estimates for design and development work

Nice to have:

General knowledge of internet technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Experience with Ruby, Rust or other high level programming language
Familiarity with online payment processing
