Bemana is partnering with one of the fastest-growing manufacturers in the electrical power industry, delivering mission-critical, utility-grade solutions including LV-HV transformers, switchgear, and transmission-grade equipment that support modern infrastructure across data centers, clean energy, industrial manufacturing, and oil & gas sectors. We are seeking a bilingual Project Manager with a strong technical foundation in the electrical industry in the greater DFW area. This individual will serve as a key liaison between U.S.-based teams and clients and distributors across both the U.S. and Mexico. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, project execution, and customer-facing communication.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders, internal teams, factory operations, logistics partners, and field service providers
  • Manage full project lifecycle including timelines, deliverables, risks, KPIs, and approvals
  • Lead project kickoff meetings and ongoing stakeholder governance discussions
  • Oversee technical execution of projects in both office and field environments
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support technical reviews, submittals, and customer inquiries
  • Coordinate logistics, documentation, service proposals, spare parts planning, and lifecycle management
  • Provide project updates and status reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support sales initiatives by validating technical solutions and contributing to business growth
  • Travel domestically and internationally (including Mexico) for project coordination and quality assurance

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of project management experience in the electrical, industrial, or field service industries
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including transformers, switchgear, and related equipment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
  • Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, including coordination with distributors and customers
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and technical submittals
  • Familiarity with tools such as Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, ERP/CRM systems, and project tracking software
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Sales-minded with the ability to support customer solutions and business growth

PMP certification is a plus, but not required
