Project Manager

• Develop and maintain the balanced scorecard evaluation approach, with specific attention to the project monitoring level, during project implementation
• Develop and implement a monitoring and review methodology, incorporating “earned value management” checking adherence to the Project Plan, the proposed budget, and overall schedule.
• Maintaining and monitoring a tracking chart that follows the schedule of activities
• Performing policy and issue analyses for the on various topics as identified by the customer
• Develop appropriate policy documents/memoranda/reports/presentations

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Project Management Professional certification desired
• Track record of supporting technical implementations from a project management approach and planning, organizing, and coordinating the activities of the team, other contractors, and stakeholders enterprise search
• Exceptional communication skills
• must have the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization and with individuals at all levels of technical expertise
• Detail oriented and effective time management and organizational skills
