Job Description:

A dynamic, independent consultancy operating in South London is looking for a confident Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an ideal role for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to lead high-value residential and education schemes. The successful Project Manager will work with blue-chip clients and lead projects from pre-contract through to handover.

Job Responsibility:

Managing projects from initiation through to completion
Ensuring delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters
Coordinating teams
Overseeing budgets and programmes
Acting as the key client liaison

Requirements:

Construction-related degree essential
4-6 years consultancy or client-side experience
MRICS / MAPM or equivalent preferred
Experience delivering projects £5m+
Confident leading internal and external teams
