A respected multidisciplinary construction consultancy based in Central Manchester is seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding team. This Project Managers role is ideal for an experienced construction project manager who has delivered healthcare schemes within live environments. The successful Project Manager will operate as a client-facing construction project manager across NHS and private healthcare projects throughout the North West.
Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of projects from feasibility to completion
Act as both Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator
Manage refurbishment and new-build hospital schemes typically ranging from £2m-£25m
Liaise with clinical stakeholders
Manage risk
Ensure compliance with HTM and healthcare-specific regulations
Lead procurement strategies
Chair progress meetings
Manage programme and cost reporting
Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and contractors
Ensure minimal disruption to live healthcare environments
Requirements:
Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM (or working towards)
Proven healthcare delivery within a consultancy environment is essential
