Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Strategy & Performance team in Athens. Your role will encompass ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, performing end-to-end project planning, monitoring, budget/resource/risk/change management, contributing to the development and communication of business requirements with clear scope and deliverables, coordinating internal teams and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of multiple initiatives, overseeing daily project operations and resolving issues to maintain timelines and stakeholder alignment, and reporting on project progress, risks, and escalating key issues to management when required.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
Perform end-to-end project planning, monitoring, budget/resource/risk/change management
Contribute to the development and communication of business requirements with clear scope and deliverables
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of multiple initiatives
Oversee daily project operations and resolve issues to maintain timelines and stakeholder alignment
Report on project progress, risks, and escalate key issues to management when required

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Master's degree is a plus
5+ years of experience in project management
Experience in the energy sector or IT/technology projects is a strong advantage
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
PMP certification or formal training is highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
