SiliconExpert is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Project lead/Project Manager to lead and support the delivery of our professional services projects. The ideal candidate will manage the full project lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality, and customer-aligned solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Manage Professional Services projects with a focus on execution, coordination, and customer satisfaction
Define, track, and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables
Lead the implementation of custom solutions tailored to customer objectives
Ensure quality assurance of deliverables in alignment with project scope
Facilitate effective meetings with internal stakeholders and customer teams
Communicate clearly and effectively across departments and with external partners
Provide regular project updates and performance reports to stakeholders and leadership
Oversee project progress, monitor KPIs, and flag potential risks proactively
Track and resolve customer feedback with a strong focus on satisfaction
Enhancing solutions based on customer feedback and evolving needs
Translate customer experience insights into product and engineering feedback loops
Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction
Understand the full suite of professional services offerings and help identify upselling opportunities aligned with customer needs
Delivering projects on time or ahead of schedule, maintaining high quality standards
Conduct post-delivery evaluations based on deliverables’ completeness, quality standards, and customer survey feedback
Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience managing internal or customer-facing projects
Working knowledge with tools like Jira, Redmine, Confluence, and the MS Office Suite
Strong ability to manage cross-functional communication and collaboration
Proven experience in customer-facing environments and handling feedback effectively
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Ability to lead both technical and non-technical discussions
Work under pressure and Ability to work on tight deadlines
B.E. In Electronics, or Electrical engineering is a must
Nice to have:
Familiarity with quality assurance practices in service delivery is a plus
Experience in the electronics industry and component-level data services is a plus
Experience in creating data services analytics reports is a plus
