Job Description:

Lead and grow a dynamic team, implementing and coordinating impactful healthcare screening programs. You will be responsible for the successful planning, implementation, and coordination of large-scale healthcare screening programs.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Supervise project team members and oversee day-to-day operations
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and vendors
Manage logistical support for screening events, including client flow and referral coordination
Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to track program outcomes
Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and protocols

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, public health)
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare industry
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong data management and analytical skills
Experience with budget management and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience working with diverse teams and communities
Commitment to improving community health outcomes
Right to work in Japan
