Job Description:

A dynamic, forward-thinking consultancy based in Leeds is seeking a Project Manager to join their established healthcare team. The Project Manager will play a key role in delivering a range of projects across NHS and private healthcare clients, contributing to the development of new hospitals, clinical facilities, and mental health units. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager looking to be part of a growing team with a solid reputation in the sector. As a Project Manager, you will engage closely with clients, understand clinical requirements, and oversee delivery from feasibility to handover.

Job Responsibility:

Planning and programming
Budget management
Risk assessments
Managing contractor performance
Working closely with architects, QSs, and engineers to meet strict operational and clinical requirements

Requirements:

Proven track record in a consultancy-based Project Manager role
Strong background delivering healthcare or hospital projects
Degree qualified in a relevant field
MRICS / MAPM / MCIOB or progressing towards
Excellent communication and client management skills
Familiarity with NEC and JCT contracts
