The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the lifecycle of our software development projects, from conception to deployment. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee all aspects of the project to ensure the final product meets quality standards and customer expectations
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with all project stakeholders, providing updates on progress, changes, and adjustments to project plans as necessary
  • Team Communication: Communicate and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve project objectives
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement project evaluation mechanisms to assess project outcomes and identify areas for improvement in future projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1 – 2 years of project management experience in a software development setting
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods
  • Experience in handling software development projects with a good understanding of software development life cycles
  • Knowledged in management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, OKR, etc.
  • Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana)
