Job Description:

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager in Richmond, California. The role is primarily in the industry of Project Management, with a focus on customer service and data management.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing project timelines to ensure tasks and milestones are completed as scheduled
Conducting data analysis via Microsoft Excel to provide insightful reports for the H5Ni project
Ensuring accurate customer service by efficiently processing customer applications and resolving inquiries
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to manage and organize files
Handling data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Administering budget, including monitoring and managing budgets to ensure financial efficiency
Processing purchase orders with precision and in a timely manner
Employing scanning technologies for document management and organization

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in data entry tasks
Ability to manage timelines effectively and efficiently
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
Proven experience in organizing files systematically
Proficient in scanning and digitizing documents
Excellent data analysis skills
Experience in entering purchase orders and tracking them
Knowledge of budget administration is essential
Ability to manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
