Job Description:

An established property and construction consultancy based in Manchester City Centre is looking to appoint an ambitious Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager seeking a role with genuine career development potential and a wide-ranging project portfolio across the North West. The successful Project Manager will take the lead on a variety of new-build and refurbishment schemes across residential, healthcare, and education sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Manage multiple projects from inception to handover, including cost, quality and risk control
Liaise closely with clients and contractors to ensure efficient delivery

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Construction Project Management, Building Surveying or equivalent
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy
Working towards or already chartered (APM, RICS, CIOB)
Skilled in stakeholder management and project programming
Knowledge of North West construction market advantageous
