Job Responsibility
Lead and manage Business Process & Systems team
Manage critical and big projects involving IT/software implementation for CSO
Oversight and governance of GCS Enterprise Architecture Landscape (process, tools, database, technology)
Coach and mentor Business process analysts towards excellent execution of business requirements management activities (build/grow individual members)
Support organization in adapting/building capability in latest tools/applications
Support organization in the optimization of major applications thru bridging business requirements and solutions with the team's domain expertise/knowledge (Business Process/operation excellence)
Facilitate scrum ceremonies and manage sprints to ensure work done is aligned with plan
Build regular stakeholder communication package/updates for both internal/external stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or any related field
3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or systems implementation
2+ years of experience leading or managing business analysts or cross‑functional teams
Strong understanding of business analysis best practices, process modeling, and requirements governance
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including executive‑level reporting
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
Nice to have
Experience with enterprise applications, data, and process architecture is an advantage
Project or program management experience is a plus
