Job Description:

A multidisciplinary consultancy based in London is seeking a Project Manager with a Building Surveying background to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who is looking to work across a variety of sectors including residential, education, healthcare, and commercial projects, joining a collaborative and supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering capital works projects across multiple sectors
supporting senior colleagues while managing smaller schemes independently
preparing and reviewing project programmes
managing cost control
coordinating with stakeholders
ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
regular client liaison
chairing meetings
producing progress reports
ensuring project risks are appropriately managed
contributing to the continuous improvement of project delivery standards
supporting junior team members

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline
ideally working towards or already Chartered (MRICS, MAPM or similar)
demonstrable experience in a consultancy environment delivering capital projects
strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
excellent communication and client-facing skills
proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
