Job Description:

A Construction Consultancy in London is actively seeking to hire a Project Manager to join their team due to increase in workload across a range of different sectors. The ideal Project Manager will be working on a variety of sectors including Education, Residential, Retail, Leisure, Commercial & Corporate Offices projects valuing up to £50m.

Job Responsibility:

Safe management and execution of project work in compliance with the client’s business processes and procedures inside London
Working with contract teams and clients

Requirements:

Degree level qualification within project management, construction management or equivalent
Project Management, construction consultancy experience
MRICS (desirable)
Experience working within Education, Residential, Leisure, Commercial, or Corporate Office projects (desirable)
Client facing

Nice to have:

MRICS
Experience working within Education, Residential, Leisure, Commercial, or Corporate Office projects
