A leading consultancy in North London is seeking a Project Manager to support major commercial and mixed-use developments. The Project Manager will deliver end-to-end services for blue-chip clients and gain exposure to high-value schemes from day one. Job Responsibility:
Managing design and consultant teams
Stakeholder coordination and client updates
Programming and reporting on progress
Contract administration under JCT forms
Leading site meetings and preparing project documentation
Supporting feasibility and procurement stages
Requirements:
3-5 years in a consultancy project management role
Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
Progressing toward MRICS/MAPM or recently qualified
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Experience delivering commercial fit-out or new build schemes
