Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with a background in construction consultancy to join a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy. The role encompasses managing high-profile commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments in London within public and private sector schemes.

Job Responsibility:

Managing projects from feasibility to handover
Providing expert leadership and strategic delivery
Managing cost, time, and quality
Chairing meetings
Managing risk
Ensuring compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

Degree qualified in a relevant construction discipline (e.g. Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering)
Chartered or working towards chartership with RICS, APM or CIOB
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a consultancy environment
Excellent knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
Client-facing with strong communication and organisational skills
