Job Description:

A Project Manager is required by a well-established, forward-thinking consultancy based in North London, known for delivering high-quality schemes across residential, education, and commercial sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career and work on a diverse portfolio of projects. The successful Project Manager will be joining a supportive team offering full chartership support (RICS, APM, CIOB) and the chance to lead their own schemes from pre-construction through to delivery. This role would suit a client-facing Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment and has the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
Lead meetings
Monitor progress
Ensure project delivery to time, cost, and quality
Risk management
Provide procurement advice
Prepare reports
Manage the design process
Support with business development activities
Mentor junior staff

Requirements:

Degree in a construction-related discipline
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side environment
Chartered or working towards (MRICS / MCIOB / MAPM)
Strong understanding of pre and post-contract project management
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to have:

Client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
