A Project Manager is required by a well-established, forward-thinking consultancy based in North London, known for delivering high-quality schemes across residential, education, and commercial sectors. Job Responsibility:
Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
Lead meetings
Monitor progress
Ensure project delivery to time, cost, and quality
Risk management
Provide procurement advice
Prepare reports
Manage the design process
Support with business development activities
Mentor junior staff
Requirements:
Degree in a construction-related discipline
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side environment
Chartered or working towards (MRICS / MCIOB / MAPM)
Strong understanding of pre and post-contract project management
