Job Description:

A well-established construction consultancy based in Manchester is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys managing a variety of complex construction projects across sectors including commercial, residential, and education.

Job Responsibility:

Managing the full project lifecycle, from feasibility through to handover
Coordinating design teams, liaising with clients and contractors, and leading project meetings
Preparing project programmes, risk management plans, and progress reports
Developing client relationships
Contributing to business development

Requirements:

Degree qualified in a relevant subject (Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, etc.)
Minimum 3 years’ consultancy experience in the UK construction sector
Strong technical knowledge of construction project lifecycles
Ideally working towards or already Chartered (RICS/APM/MCIOB)
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
