Our client is undergoing an enterprise wide ERP upgrade. They require an experienced Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery, manage external vendors, and ensure a seamless transition without disrupting retail operations.
Job Responsibility
Manage the end-to-end execution, timeline, budget, and scope of the ERP upgrade.
Coordinate cross-functional internal teams, system integrator, and third-party vendors.
Identify, mitigate, and manage risks, dependencies, and data migration bottlenecks.
Provide regular status reporting to client executive leadership.
Requirements
Retail Industry Background: Proven experience working internally or as a consultant for established retail businesses. Must understand retail operations, supply chain, and logistics.
ERP Upgrade Track Record: Successful hands-on experience leading a business through at least one major ERP implementation or upgrade.
Methodology & Systems: Ability to apply established ERP upgrade methodologies to a Tier 2 system. Direct experience with unique retail ERP systems is highly advantageous.
Project Management Fundamentals: Strong proficiency in traditional PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid), stakeholder communication, and delivery management.
