Job Description:

A leading Construction Consultancy is seeking to take on a Project Manager to handle multi-sector new build residential, commercial, and retail projects, including education refurbishment schemes valued up to £50M.

Job Responsibility:

Look after multi sector, new build projects under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager
Take projects from the design stage through to completion

Requirements:

RICS accredited degree
Experience of working on new build projects
Pre & Post Contract experience
Contract administration or Employer’s agent experience would be a bonus
Client facing, proactive attitude
Strong communication skills

Nice to have:

Contract administration or Employer’s agent experience
