Job Responsibility

  • Apply Construction Expertise: Use your understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods to guide safe, informed day-to-day decision making, proactively solve problems, and keep projects moving forward
  • Support Procurement: Assist with bidding, contracting, and subcontractor coordination to align project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Plan and Execute Projects: Help develop schedules, lead meetings, and coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to keep projects moving forward
  • Manage Project Financials: Track costs, support forecasting efforts, and assist with change management to help maintain strong financial performance
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to build relationships and contribute to a positive project environment

Requirements

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial construction
  • Experience supporting commercial construction projects valued at $20M or more from preconstruction through closeout
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to manage project challenges effectively
  • Solid understanding of building systems, construction methods, and sequencing
  • Experience with project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and trade partners
