As a Project Manager, you will use strong leadership and effective management to deliver safe, timely, profitable and high-quality projects – particularly steel-frame structures. Working collaboratively, you will develop strong professional relationships, not just with clients and customers, but also with subcontractors, internal teams and wider stakeholders. Your ability to balance client satisfaction with business requirements will be key to your success.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the development and construction of projects from conception to completion, ensuring progress and profitability are on target throughout
Identify and Manage risk and opportunity effectively throughout the project
In collaboration with Commercial and Senior Leadership Teams, lead in the selection and effective management of the supply chain
Ensure adequate resourcing, materials and plans are available as required, to avoid delays
Contribute to progress reports for Senior Leadership
Make decisions in high pressure or times of crisis
Take responsibility for health, safety, environment, and quality matters
Manage project quality daily
Keep clear records of site activities throughout the project
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders
Represent the company at progress meetings and other forums
Be a point of contact for the client on site
Avoid potential contractual disputes
Provide clear leadership and direction to internal staff, subcontractors, consultants, and supply chain partners

Address concerns, risks, and underperformance promptly

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in construction
