Job Description:

An expanding construction consultancy based in Southampton is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their professional team. If you have a background in consultancy project management and are looking to work on exciting healthcare and commercial builds, this could be the perfect fit. The Project Manager will be key to delivering effective project management services on fast-paced projects. You'll be joining a team where collaboration and attention to detail define the project management process.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver cradle-to-grave project management across a variety of live and new build schemes
Chair stakeholder meetings
Manage procurement
Review programme schedules
Maintain standards
Monitor costs
Eliminate risks

Requirements:

Degree in relevant construction or engineering discipline
3-5 years’ project management experience in a consultancy environment
Working towards MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or equivalent
Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts and healthcare environments
Able to handle conflicting deadlines and live environments
