Job Description:

A highly reputable London-based construction consultancy are looking for a skilled Project Manager who can contribute to the progressive growth long term. The chosen Project Manager will be working within estate services including new builds, refurbishments, and reconfigurations to The NHS Property Services of projects valuing over £850m.

Job Responsibility:

Plan and oversee the building process, ensuring that it is completed promptly and efficiently
Organise a variety of construction projects from beginning to conclusion

Requirements:

A degree in Construction or Project Management
Membership to Project Management Chartership through RICS, APM, CIOB or similar would be highly desirable, but may not be essential for the ideal candidate
Previously client facing experience
Prior experience working for a construction consultancy with at least 3 year’s experience
Driving License

Nice to have:

Membership to Project Management Chartership through RICS, APM, CIOB or similar
