Project Manager – Software Implementation | Hybrid (3 days onsite). We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of enterprise software solutions for a diverse client base. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll oversee full project lifecycles from scoping and planning through to delivery ensuring solutions are deployed efficiently, on time, and within budget. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, driving project success through clear communication, sound governance, and a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end implementation projects using structured methodologies and project management best practices
Develop detailed project plans, define deliverables, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
Oversee project budgets, including forecasting, billing, and revenue tracking
Scope and estimate resources and timelines for small to medium-sized projects
Assign tasks based on team members’ strengths, ensuring clear ownership and accountability
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and consistent delivery excellence
Prepare project reports and risk assessments for internal and client stakeholders
Work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and problem resolution
Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline project processes and enhance delivery efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management, ideally leading software implementation or technology delivery projects
Strong proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, or other project management platforms
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
A confident communicator with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities, stay calm under pressure, and make sound decisions to achieve project goals
Demonstrated experience working independently within fast-paced, high-performing teams
Knowledge of the forecourt, retail, or convenience sectors and POS systems is a distinct advantage
Willingness to travel up to 25% and work on a hybrid basis (3 days onsite: Tues/Wed/Thurs)
