Project manager

• Leading IT infrastructure, application, and compliance projects from kickoff to completion
• Driving remediation efforts based on audit and compliance findings
• Managing upgrades, migrations, and regulatory initiatives with confidence
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, IT Security, and Infrastructure teams
• Tracking budgets, risks, and timelines—without PCO support, so you own it end-to-end
• Reporting project health with transparency to leadership (EPO, Program Managers)
• Balancing multiple initiatives (3–4 smaller projects or 1–2 larger projects) at once
• Acting as a diplomatic point of contact with vendors and clients

• IT background (developer, infrastructure, network, or server) and a successful pivot into Project Management
• 5–7 years of IT Project Management experience with proven results
• Hands-on expertise delivering infrastructure upgrades, software development, migrations, and IT risk/compliance projects
• Excellent knowledge of budget management, project tracking, and reporting
• Strong grasp of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Outstanding communication skills—engaging medium- and senior-level stakeholders with confidence and diplomacy
• The ability to clearly distinguish risks vs. issues
• Leadership skills that inspire teams and bring order to complexity
